These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and Facai88 ("we", "us", "our", "the Company", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the Facai88 online gaming platform accessible at facai88.cam and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.

By registering an account, making a deposit, participating in any game, or otherwise accessing any part of the Facai88 platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in full and unconditionally agree to be bound by them. To be eligible to open and maintain a Facai88 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age requirement is strictly enforced. Facai88 will not knowingly permit any individual under the age of 21 to register or maintain an active account on the platform.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of Facai88, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, either voluntarily self-imposed via our Responsible Gambling tools or externally imposed by a regulatory authority.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes.
• You must hold a valid Malaysian bank account, e-wallet, or other accepted payment instrument registered in your own name for the purposes of deposits and withdrawals.

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the Facai88 platform. The creation of duplicate accounts under any circumstances — including the use of different email addresses, names, telephone numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Upon registration, you will be required to provide the following information:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification
• Valid email address and mobile telephone number
• Date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older
• Preferred currency (Malaysian Ringgit — MYR)
• Preferred payment method details

KYC Documentation

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, Facai88 will require you to complete identity verification (KYC). Acceptable documents include:

• Proof of Identity: Malaysian MyKad (front and back), passport, or other government-issued photo identification
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the e-wallet or bank account used for deposits (e.g., Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB)
• Proof of Address: May be requested for high-value accounts — utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence not older than three months

Facai88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage, including for accounts that have not yet submitted a withdrawal request, where there is a reasonable basis to verify identity or source of funds.

All deposits to your Facai88 account are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• Boost Wallet
• GrabPay
• DuitNow
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange)
• Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank (direct online banking)

The minimum deposit amount is RM10. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction or per day, subject to your account tier and applicable payment provider limits. Facai88 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

Facai88 does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances. All funds must be transferred electronically through the approved channels listed above.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the Withdraw section of your member dashboard. All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have successfully completed KYC verification prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• All applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus funds must have been fully satisfied before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day apply as specified on the withdrawal page.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Facai88 account holder.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment instruments not previously used for a deposit may be subject to additional verification.

Estimated Processing Times

Processing time estimates are typical ranges during normal operating conditions. Facai88 does not guarantee processing within these windows and accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment providers, banking system maintenance, or force majeure events.

Facai88 may offer various promotions, bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to registered players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the relevant offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., ×10, ×15, ×20) will be clearly stated on each promotion page.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While a bonus is active on your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per game is typically between MYR 25 and MYR 50 unless otherwise specified. Placing bets above the maximum during bonus play may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games such as blackjack, baccarat, and roulette may contribute between 10% and 20%. The exact contribution rate for each game type will be specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period, typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of issuance. Any bonus and associated winnings that remain subject to an incomplete wagering requirement at expiry will be forfeited.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Certain promotions impose a cap on the amount that can be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. This cap will be stated explicitly in the promotion terms. Winnings exceeding the cap will be removed from the account balance at the time of withdrawal processing.
• Bonus Abuse: Facai88 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, systematic play designed to exploit wagering contributions, or the use of duplicate accounts to claim the same offer more than once.

Facai88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made under active offers.

All games available on the Facai88 platform are powered by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) and have been independently audited to ensure fair and unmanipulated outcomes. By participating in any game on the platform, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• The outcome of all games is determined by chance. Past results do not influence future outcomes. Facai88 makes no representation or warranty as to any expected return beyond the published RTP figures for each individual game title.
• In the event of a technical fault or system error during a game round that results in an incorrect outcome or balance display, Facai88 reserves the right to void the affected round and restore the account balance to its position immediately prior to the fault, as determined by our system records.
• Sports betting results are final once officially confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Football Association of Malaysia for Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, or the relevant international federation for EPL, UEFA, or UFC events).
• Any suspected system vulnerability, game fault, or software error must be reported immediately to customer support. Exploiting a known error for financial gain constitutes prohibited conduct under Section 9.

The following actions constitute a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account on the platform (whether under your own name or any alias)
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the platform
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Exploiting known software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the platform in connection with any illegal activity
• Depositing funds obtained from fraudulent, stolen, or otherwise illegally obtained payment instruments
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Facai88 customer support staff or other platform users
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation

All content on the Facai88 platform — including but not limited to the Facai88 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the platform without prior written consent
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any platform software
• Use the Facai88 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks without express authorisation
• Frame or mirror the platform on any other website or application

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Facai88 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of or inability to access the platform
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether arising from breach of contract, negligence, or any other cause of action
• Any loss arising from reliance on information displayed on the platform
• Interrupted or unavailable service due to technical maintenance, system upgrades, or third-party outages
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Facai88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider
• Request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency
• Identification of a duplicate account held by the same individual

Upon closure, any balance remaining after deduction of outstanding bonus wagering obligations will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe, subject to KYC clearance.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be subject to the laws applicable to the Company's jurisdiction of incorporation. The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through direct negotiation.

For disputes that cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause shall prevent Facai88 from seeking injunctive or other urgent relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
